Finding the studio (South Surrey): I am located on the 4th floor of the 3211A building to the right of Sungiven Foods. Please check in using the virtual receptionist tablet within the Citizen Salon Studios waiting area and have a seat. If the elevator is unavailable for use without a key fob (this may be the case for early morning or later evening appointments), use the self-check-in QR code on the sandwich board outside to let me know you’ve arrived, and I’ll come down to meet you.

Cloverdale: located in Unit 208 of 5740 176A st. Head up the stairs and I’m the first door on your right! Free parking is available in the parking lot across the street

Direct billing is available for PBC, Sunlife, Medavie, EmpireLife, Greenshield, Manulife, and many more. If you’re unsure if direct billing is available for your insurance company, please contact the clinic to confirm

Direct billing for ICBC and WCB is not available

Cancellation/No Show Policy: $50 fee not billable to insurance when cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Unless contacted by the patient to inform the practitioner of a late arrival (by call, voicemail, text, or email), any appointment that is 20 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
